Nero di Troia
The name clearly refers to two elements: first, the color,
which—like many southern grape varieties—is deep and intense,
a ruby red so dark it’s almost black, nearly like ink.
Second, the bond with the city of Troia, in the Gargano area, its first and most natural home.
